Quality Beef Producers' Cooperative is a producer-owned beef processing facility for fed cattle, holstein steers, and cull cows and bulls.

The cooperative will provide members with a market to sell on a formula "yield and grade" basis over the spot market price, thus realizing the full value of each animal.

Each member will receive a potential second payment in the form of a patronage dividend at the end of the year, reflecting the profitability of the processing.

The cooperative intends to operate within a quality product market where each member can profit from both the quality and pride of delivering a product carrying their "Brand name."
