Is being formed to ensure the highest price to the producer which will share the animal value from "Hoof to the Consumer's Mouth."

The cooperative will provide members with a market to sell on a formula "yield and grade" basis over the spot market, thus realizing the full value for each animal product

The new cooperative will change the way producers integrate into the current system, including:

• Changing the approach from marketing cattle when the backer is ready to buy to selling on an individual basis
• Changing from subjective (visual) to objective (technology-driven) determination
• Projecting the growth pattern of the individual animal, and implementing a plan to maximize the profit potential of the animal
• Utilizing full pens in feedlots by breaking inventory according to feed and management program, not ownership interest
• Utilizing objective (technology-driven) determination to project raw material inputs to the processing plant by 30 to 45 days
• Maximizing performance in the feedyard and producing a high-quality animal that could yield maximum returns
• Managing the genetics of bulls and cows to produce a genetically consistent product
